My last vacation

My last vacation was last month. My wife and I travelled to Cartagena. We were three days in that beautiful city. We arrived at half past seven p.m. at the airport of Cartagena, and then we took a taxi to Regatta’s hotel. It is a beautiful hotel located in Bocagrande in front of the beach. Then, we went to have dinner and to have a walk on the beach to drink some beers.

Next day at half past eight, we travelled to the Baru’s island, where we stayed all day long enjoying the beach, the beautiful sea and the white sand. We returned to the hotel about five p.m. and then at night, we had dinner at Plaza Santo Domingo. There, we ate a delicious pizza. After that, we walked for different streets and enjoyed the activities that took place at night.

It was a wonderful trip because we could visit different and interesting places, for example: we visited, San Felipe’s Castle, Old Shoes, Square’s Clock, Barú, some islands from the Rosary place, the Oceanarium, among others.

Finally, we returned to Bogota after having had a beautiful and fantastic weekend in a very different an awesome city.
